Just some misc. pictures of the grounds where we stayed. There was a river running thru the compound. Lots of plants I had never seen before. I am loving all the flowers and plants, Guatemala is truly a garden country!
Welcome to our little adventure. Thanks for checking in on us and seeing what we are up to. God has now led us to Guatemala on yet another Wieburg Adventure.

We totally loved the beach this weekend. It was wonderful to get some salt air in our lungs. The waves were big and powerful. Carl had a ball playing in them, no surf board but they were fun anyway. Bad under tow in this area so I didn't quite trust them. The back sand was beautiful and very hot if not wet. Trust me!!!! If you didn't want to tough out the surf there was a huge very calm pool to enjoy.

Seems like I just posted this picture, but guess it has been a full year already.
This year it was our 45th year!!!!!!
Wow, it has been a wild and fun ride.
Would do it all over again, probably would have bought some IBM stock
back in the beginning though - hee hee.
So glad God sent me someone I truly like, love and respect!

While we were in Antigua we thought we would do a little Zip Lining. We did it in Bolivia and it was more like suicidal diving there. Here they actually had harnasses. Plus, the views here were fantastic and the length of the lines much longer.
Remember that Joeline is deathly afraid of heights. Still can't believe she did this. But, she climbed Machu also. She is getting braver in her "advancing years".
OH, I will pay for that one. But, she'll probably take it out anyway.

These are some publicity shots (and behind the scene shots) I had taken for the school.
The school grounds are lush and beautiful. Most of the teachers are new teachers we hired this year.
I love the ethnic diversity of the staff! In addition to being the new H. R. Manager,
I have been given Public Relations for the school. I was retired, for about 1 yr and 6 months.
Stil lnot sure how this happened, must have blacked out for a min.
Oh well, it is turning out to be fun!
