The other day we were driving home from Zone 1 through Zone 2 (which by the way would be the "worst" part of the city and I saw what looked like to be a huge hole in the ground. It was not until after we got home that we heard about the sink hole. Evidently it had happened just a few hours after we had driven by. So Sunday morning we set out early to try and find it. It was very heavily gaurded and bolcked off. But the guards, with their shotguns, were very nice and let us go up close for pictures. The over head shot is one I "lifted" from the internet. Evidently there had been one a few years back just down the road. This poor city has had quite a couple of weeks.
